It’s commonly agreed upon that Akira takes the form of a human man.
While his exact origins are mysterious, his human activities seemingly began around Eugene, Oregon.
While in Oregon, he created films, music, and visual art to convey his worldly experience.
His first feature-length film The Boy Who Never Tangoed (2023) was released independently to huge critical and commercial success. The film toured across film festivals and picked up several awards.
His more recent activities have moved to New York City, where his powers have continued to evolve.
His films Alan (2026) and Maintenance Request (2025) have been viewed widely across the web.
He’s also released 2 albums Shooting Star (2025) and INGMAR’S LAST DAY (2026), which are both available across all modern streaming platforms.
These powers have also been lent to fellow creatives in the form of cinematography and editing work.
In 2025, he founded a multi-media production and distribution company, ZAP! Factory.
Today, Akira’s art continues to evolve and it’s expected that many exciting projects are on the horizon.
